In this session I will listen to you; your story, what you’re struggling with, whatever you need to process. This is heart medicine. We’ll go deep into the heart of whatever you bring to the call to talk about.

We may simply chat for the entire session. I may pull some tarot cards or consult the star map for some assistance. I may guide you through some breath work or gentle movements that you can do while seated. I have many tools in my tool box that I may choose to implement depending on your unique situation.
